Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
For members, late cancellations or missed appointments may count as a used visit.
We understand emergencies happen and will handle those on a case-by-case basis.
